Pause for a second to take in the moment as you enter the Colosseum through the same entrance used by the Gladiators more than 2000 years ago before their lethal battles. Follow your guide outside the arena and travel even further back in time as you enter the Roman Forum, the true heart of ancient Rome! If, on the day of the tour, for public reasons, the Arena part will not be open, the first and second floors of the Colosseum, plus the Roman forum and the imperial forums will be visited. In this case, customers will participate in the fantastic complete tour of the Colosseum, and will be reimbursed 10 euros each.

- If the time you choose is not available, you will be transferred to another time on the same day. These changes do not depend on us. Therefore by booking you are aware of this possible change and therefore we warn you so as not to have complaints later, or requests for refunds. Example: If you choose the 09:30 time slot and the Colosseum ticket office closes at that time you will be moved to the first available slot, at 13.30pm. Thank you.
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

- The tour is a shared tour, it is not a private tour. It is advisable not to book more than one tour, on the same day, with close times

- The youth rate is applicable to students and children: you must have photo ID showing their age
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- Important notice for last minute bookings (on the same day or from one day to the next): in case of lack of places the customer will be placed on the day following the booked date.
- It rarely happens, but if on the day of your visit, the Arena section is closed for public safety reasons, you will explore the first and second floors of the Colosseum, together with the Roman Forum and the Imperial Forums, the Arena in this case will be overview. You will still be able to enjoy our fantastic tour, and you will receive a refund of 10 euros per person, via PayPal or bank account

Took Our Money - Ruined Our Day - Listed Tour Not Provided

Avoid this company! Bought a 3 hour skip-the-line tour of Colosseum and Forum with max of 24 people, which of course included tickets. Instead tour operator pooled not 24 but 50 of us together, made us stand in line to buy our own tickets for additional money, stood in line with us again the Colosseum, and provided about 20 minutes of commentary. After that he said no guided tour was included and that we would need to see everything by ourselves. (This was after they rescheduled our 1:30pm tour for 8 am and changed the meeting point 3 times.) They promised a refund of our 3 people/$420 but now aren't making good on it and Viator isn't, either, because they told Viator the tour happened, which it didn't. Avoid at all costs. Miserable experience.

We waited for 45 minutes before finally receiving word that our tour wasn’t possible bc of “it was a last minute booking” and they couldn’t find a guide. This company is horribly organized. They tried to group us into a group of 55 people instead of the private tour for 4 that we had scheduled.

No other way to experience the colosseum.

Great experience with the tour guide, Mircea. Explained the history of the colosseum which gave a great context to the sights in front of us. His patience to answer questions was also commendable.
The great this about the tour is that it’s conducted in small group which means there’s time for everyone to ask questions and enjoy the tour.
