Admission to the Roman Forum (Ancient City center) and Palatine Hill (Cesar's Palace) is included in the price.
NOTE:
- This is an assisted entry ticket, meaning you must come to the meeting point (Arch of Constantine) at the designated meeting time, and enter with our company representative.
- Your Viator/TripAdvisor confirmation does NOT function as an entry ticket to the Colosseum or surrounding ruins.
- While we skip long ticket lines, all visitors must go through security, which typically take 10 - 20 minutes.

Wonderful experience. The tour guide staff, super amazing, and on time at the place of indication. They took us to the different sites where we had free time to explore on our own.

Unfortunately, the operator made a mistake and didn’t notify us they couldn’t do the tour that day. We were waiting there, no email or call. I had to call them and pay international phone rates to find out what was going on
We missed out on the experience-Brent told us to just go and stand in line and wait instead. The whole purpose of getting a skip the line and guided tour was to avoid it. The lines were extremely long as it was a free day and already noon at that point and we couldn’t wait. Otherwise, we would have planned to be there earlier.
There should be more attention to detail-don’t send tickets and confirmation if you can’t do the tour. Pretty disappointed.

We waited through the long security line with our guides and group only to get to the end and have the staff deny our group entry because our guides did not have licenses.
Our guides argued for 1.5 hours while we waited in the hot sun and we finally had to go get our own tickets for entry.
I still have not heard anything about refunding our money after I emailed them.
Also our guide tickets included the Forum but our new tickets did not so we never got to see it
