Terrible experience with booking

Untrustworthy. I lost $400 as Viator said that it’s impossible to change the timings of the tour and recommended me to book the same tour on different date. They promised me that they will look into it but book another one which I did. As soon as I booked they emailed me that they are unable to change and they cannot refund me the money for the first booking. On the same day, tour guide called me from Italy and told that they have changed the timings to 2PM. So, I end up buying two tours to collesium but used only one. Lost $400.
Viator didn’t even bothered to reply back. Never again will book with Viator. Very bad experience. Trip advisor should not be recommending them.

David the magnificent was just that. Amazing man and what a sense of humor that guy has! Seriously I could see him being a pirate in a future pirate film! Hopefully he gets it! But more importantly he knows what he is talking about and he makes it interesting for others to listen to.

It didn’t turn out as a guided tour because the guide wasn’t qualified and didn’t herself have a ticket so we were left on our own

SCAM! Fake company. Booked for a saturday morning. Received confirmation. Arrived and were told they cancelled our booking. Very quick to send cancellation email 10 minutes before our meeting time.
They told us they would refund us. It is now 4 days later and we have not heard from them.
Email response very quickly to take our money. No contact to return our money or apologise for taking away chance to visit colosseum in our 2 days in Rome.
Plenty of other options. Do not book here. Happy to remove review if money is returned.

We had an amazing tour thanks to David Battaglino. This was probably the highlight of our trip. David makes you see Rome like you've never imagined. He's knowledgable, but hilarious and I promise you'll get the best photo because of him!!
