Frustrating instructions but worth the guide

Go to main entrance, you won’t be let in until the time on your tickets, not the time that the company tells you to be there. After the metal detectors there is a spot with numbers on it. English was 1. The guide showed up 15 minutes after our ticket time. We were stressed trying to figure it all out. Once we were in and with the guide it went smoothly and we learned a lot. Frustrating from the beginning though.

Of course, a visit to Rome should start with the Coliseum. Awesome building that has survived to our days. It's amazing to know how old it is and how much happened in its walls. Great experience.

The person canceled the same day we had the reservation to enter the coliseum, he made us go to the place and he called the day before to confirm the reservation and told us that everything was fine, the day arrived and he did not notify us, he simply blocked our numbers. In order not to answer calls, we had to call the app's service to help us, we didn't know what to do since to enter the coliseum you have to buy tickets in advance, very bad service, I would never recommend it, don't fall into its trap, look for another person, very little. professional
