Terrible- I will not recommend anyone to use Viator for any of their tours or activities. We got there 2hrs early to get photos outside and around the colosseum and when to our meeting point to wait for our guide, time slot of 10am. Wait and wanted till I had to call Viator that had to call the guide. The guide called in sick and advised me that they send me an email of the cancelation and the next available tour ? 1 week later when I'm 5000 miles away . Terrible, I was promise my refund but you would think Viator would try to look for an activity that could replace and keep us some what happy 😊 no luck. We booked four for this European vacation and 2/4 failed us.
