On this authentic gladiator experience, you have acmes onto the reconstructed Arena Floor, where most visitors are not allowed.
After the guided Arena Floor tour, you have the opportunity to explore the Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum on your own.

- Tickets for this tour are nominative and will show the visitor's personal data. Please note that these tickets are nominative for each participant and it will not be possible to change the name after the purchase. In case of mismatch with the identity document, access to the Colosseum will not be allowed and no refund will be issued.
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- PLEASE NOTE: All participant names are required at the time of booking in order to enter the Colosseum. If we do not receive the full customers names, the booking won’t be confirmed. Every customer (adult / children) is required to carry a valid ID that matches the full name on the ticket, or the entry will be refused. Name changes and cancellations are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.
- In case of late arrival, no show or cancellation beyond the limits indicated in the cancellation policy by the customer, a refund is not foreseen.

The colosseum was absolutely incredible and our guide was fantastic. His knowledge and enthusiasm really kept us engaged and helped to elevate our experience. I highly recommend this tour and if you are lucky enough to get Giovanni as your tour guide then there is 110% chance you will be satisfied.

1. We were told it was a small group tour. I consider a small group to be up 12 people with face to face interaction/commentary and a conversation with that person when possible. When I was told there would be a maximum of 20 I hesitated but was again convinced we would receive a personalised tour.
The tour group ended up 28 people. This is not a small group and there was no personalised experience. It was so disorganised because of the numbers and they had to get a second person to help herd the group as the group kept getting separated and we wasted time doing this. We started about 30 minutes late as they had to get headphones working for all the people.
2. The headphones consistently broke. I used 3 pairs during the tour. They admitted they were rubbish and that is why they carried so many spares.
3. While the guide was friendly and could speak reasonable English, it was heavily accented. You could understand him if he was stopped and talking face to face but most of the time he had to walk up to 25/30 metres in front of the group talking into his radio with his back turned. It was impossible to understand the commentary most of the time most of it because of that and also because we had to rely on poor headphones, and interference on the headphones from other groups commentary. In addition he was constantly being contacted by the office I assume on his phone, so his commentary was also constantly interrupted.
4. We were told strongly not to buy tickets from any of the people that sell them around the coliseum as they are dishonest etc. and we were lucky to have booked with a reputable company like them. Very surprised when our guide said hello and interacted friendly with all of them and one of these "dishonest" people actually took us to their office to buy tickets for the tour. This person quoted us 70Euro for the tour but the office charged us 90E which I only noticed when I asked to check the transaction.
