- You will cover an area of approximately 8,5 miles (14km). The difficulty level of the tour is leisure (or intermediate with a child seat or child extension mounted on the bicycle).
- Are the tours safe? The answer is: Absolutely! The tours follow carefully planned routes which have limited access to traffic, and some have no traffic at all, meaning you are able to enjoy your ride around the city in total relaxation and safety and you won't have to worry about traffic
- Infants under 1 year are not allowed to participate for safety reasons.
- Infants aged 1-4 years travelling on a child seat (with load capacity of up to 55 lbs or 25 kg) come on the tour free of charge
- For children aged 5-8 years a child extension (child streamliner) is provided.
- Children aged 9 and above can autonomously ride on an appropriately sized E-bikes
- Minimum of 4 participants applies (total number of participants on tour). There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is 3 or less passengers on the tour. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative for your tour or full refund.
- We require that all customers wear a helmet on the tour (provided for free).
- Please note: In the event of official/public celebrations and happenings in the city center of Rome, the company reserves the right to substitute one or more of the included highlights with alternative ones.
- Not recommended for travelers who are not self-confident on a bike.

Perfect Intro to Rome!

When beginning to plan our trip, we learned quickly that there is so much to do and deciding on specific tours can be overwhelming, especially when you only have 3-4 days in Rome.
I'm so grateful to have discovered this full day in Rome bike tour which included visits to all of the top attractions, allowing us to decide which ones we might want to spend more time at later. For most, we realized that what we learned and the pictures we took on this tour were enough for us.
Don't let the length of the tour deter you. It was just right, and perfectly spread out amongst the various stops and a nice lunch. We also had an inexperienced bike rider who was very nervous, but was able to get comfortable very quickly.
Last, but certainly not least, I must also mention how knowledgeable and friendly our guide Zak was. He really made the experience perfect with his patience, ebike instruction, and bits of history. Just an all around nice guy.
If you haven't figured it out by now, I'd highly recommend this tour!

There is no better way to see Rome than via the Top Tours bike tour. The bikes are first rate quality, easy to ride and have more than enough electric boost to easily cruise up any hills. Our guide was knowledgeable and thoughtful and kind. I highly recommend these guys.
