The guide was extremely knowledgeable and charming! He briefed us on the deep history of the Capuchins and the crypt, yet his great affability and sense of humor made the experience rich, relaxed, and enjoyable. I also liked that he took great pains to make sure I was comfortable (I was walking with a cane due to a recent injury).
