Experience what it feels like to cook at the home of a local chef preparing 4 local dishes from scratch as you enjoy lots of wine! In a private villa with secular olive trees just a few miles from St. Peter's Square, you will learn to make bruschetta (with the chef's homemade bread, local extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, and fresh basil), homemade tiramisù (probably the best you've ever had!), fresh egg pasta (for fettuccine cacio e pepe), and potato gnocchi (with tomato sauce). Then enjoy your meal sitting on the chef's porch overviewing the garden and olive trees. You'll experience how Italians really cook, eat, drink, and enjoy life. And we'll show you how simple it is to replicate it at home!

Excellent introduction to Italian cooking

The experience was exactly as advertised. We made Gricia pasta, gnocchi, and tiramisu. We now know they are easy enough for anyone, including kids. The food was delicious. The chef was friendly, knowledgeable and has a beautiful villa.
