The second floor is closed to renovations, but they still charge full price. Bags of any size, even purses, are not allowed. They have a place to leave everything for free. They give you a plastic bag for your wallet or phone. The audio guide is ok, but could include more pieces.

I don't often write reviews, but I feel compelled to highly recommend anyone wishing to explore Rome's artistic richness to take a tour with Doooing at the Borghese Gallery. The combination of streamlined access, informative audio guide, and stunning environment makes this tour an unforgettable experience.
Bad experience with tour operator

The Galleria Borghese is amazing and a must see. However, this tour operator was terrible. We were supposed to meet our guide outside the venue but he never showed up. We called the contact number to be told they had no idea who we were or knew anything about us. Viator assisted us in getting our tickets directly but we spent 45 minutes working this all out.
Unreliable service - no tickets!

I booked these tickets months ago with this agency through Get Your Guide and only when I realised they should have emailed me my tickets - I only had a voucher - I emailed them and they then told me I would need to cancel to get my refund as there were no tickets for the day I booked! With less than a week to go I have no chance of getting tickets elsewhere. To say I am disappointed and annoyed is an understatement - I wish I had booked direct with the gallery or used a reliable company.
