Difficult without map to find a stop to get on. Waited over 30 minutes in the afternoon Sun when brochure says every 15 minutes . So be prepared for delays, probably more so as the summer vacation crowd increases.

We initially traveled the entire red line route, which took about 1.5 hours. Based on the information provided, we then selected several landmarks to visit. This is an easy way for tourists to travel throughout the city center. The upper level has the best views!
Disappointing experience

We were told we could use either the red big bus or yellow buses although we were not allowed in the yellow line buses.
The bus takes forever to pass, when you wait you can watch 3 or 4 buses from other company pass by. I would recomend use citysightseeing buses instead.
Hop on and off at the major attractions

Easy pickup location by the Rome Termini train station, and then about 7 more stops at all the major attractions or within a very short walking distance.
