I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing this company is!! I contacted Cristina from Canada when I was planning my pilgrimage from Assisi to Rome through a referral made on an FB page I belong to. I needed luggage transported and stored for the 9 days we were trekking. She answered immediately with a thorough response and quote. By the time we finished corresponding I had booked, not only luggage transport and storage, but a Vatican tour, Hop-on Hop-off Bus tickets, and a taxi ride to the airport hotel! She remained in contact with me the entire 2 1/2 weeks of our adventure ensuring all was in place, on time and up to our expectations. Truly, everything far exceeded our expectations...including prices! Excellent!!!
Best agency ever, very well located in the center of Rome, very close to Termini station.
They help us with the Vatican visit,Hop on Hop Off bus, suitcase storage for the first hours, we booked our taxi to the airport in few minutes for a very good price.
All the staff speak fluent spanish, english....

The tour was supposed to start at 11, after getting to the meeting location, we were told that it’s booked through another tour company and that we have to go to a new location just to find out that their English tour doesn’t start until an hour later. It was especially difficult for us because of our young children. Our tour guide had a very thick Italian accent that was incredibly difficult to understand. All in all, I do not recommend this tour.
