We took the fast track Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel tour with Chiara and 20 others. We had been there before and just wanted a quick tour. We saw some of the same things, but got to see a few different places. Chiara is an art history major and licenced guide and definitely "knows her stuff". She engaged with our group, remembered everyone's name, and added a bit of comedy along the way. My husband and another group member had some mobility issues, she was very kind and accommodating in finding them occasions to sit. The Vatican is a beautiful place and we loved our tour with the essentials.
Beautiful but tour guide was mediocre

Paolo our guide was very rude and disrespectful to guests on her tour that were unaware of dress code or were late. She reprimanded in front of the entire group and it was very unnecessary. Tour was fine but couldn’t hear half of it due to hearing device glitches.
A morning adventure in history …

We were fortunate to snag tickets for this tour and to have the pleasure to spend the morning with kiara. The tour is amazing as it allows you to sample the extensive collection whilst also being to take on the Sistine chapel in all its Gloria. An amazing guide.
