Bad experience

Terrible! First we didn't get to go to the Colliseum. The we walked over to get the tickets and all the way back to the Forum only to find out they have us child's tickets. So we had to walk BACK to get our "adult" tickets. No apology, NOTHING! Wasted half our day!

This is an unethical offering that takes advantage of how opaque and difficult it is to book the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums from abroad as an independent traveler. Someone please help travelers figure out how they can book these tickets in advance without predatory companies like Touristation! We paid $270 for two adults and two kids (5&9) to secure a skip-the-line ticket for the Colosseum at 9:30 am, to be followed the next day by the Vatican Museum (that time was left vague, which should have been a red flag.) Because of the kids, we wanted to see these places at our own pace instead of with a guided tour. The night before the tour, we received a Whatsapp message that the reserved Colosseum time was not available. We would need to go to the Touristation offices near the Vatican and arrange that tour first. Then the next day we would go to the offices not very close to the Colosseum and arrange those tickets. It was a ridiculous waste of time and we ended up standing in 'Touristation' lines instead of lines at the sites. In these offices I saw how many exhausted and enraged customers had been frustrated by this company. Touristation also charged us for our children, who, it turns out, could have gone in free or at a vastly reduced rates at both places. The Touristation employee who helped me shook her head apologetically and agreed when I said it was a scam - that we paid for them to facilitate "the reservation" because we were traveling independent of a tour group.
did not happen you give me invalid voucher

Not Great

No signposting or info as to where to join the queue jumping group. Ended up going to three different offices. I could have purchased advance tickets directly through the Vatican museum website and it would have been quicker to get in - the queue jumping ticket was slower for access. Confusing company - not likely to use again.
