Great atmosphere with a small group. Our chefs were Gianmarco and William- they made the experience lively and fun. We made Pasta and then assisted with making 4 different sauces- they seamlessly accommodated my vegetarian diet. Highly recommend!

This was such a fun cooking class. Riccardo and William were great! They were great teachers and funny commentary along the way!!! I am so excited to make these pastas when I am back home!! I highly recommend this cooking class to anyone who wants a fun afternoon!!!

William guided us through making pasta dough and then three types of pasta: ravioli, fettuccini, and spaghetti. He also guided us through three sauces: amatriciana, carbonara, and brown butter and sage. The ravioli ricotta filling was a group effort, with each of us chopping or stirring something. This is a hands-on class, and I learned about tools and techniques for making pasta. There was also wine! The location is outside the city center and reached by taxi or metro. Leave plenty of time for the taxi ride because Roman traffic is unbelievable.
