A private gastronomic tour of Tuscany with a relaxing spa program and a visit to the thermal waters. This unique tour has been designed for true amateurs of good food and fresh products. Our team leader, a native of these places, will gladly share his gastronomic experience with you and show you the best places for dinner. You could taste delicious Tuscan bread, bruschettas made from tomatoes and aromatic extra virgin olive oil, antipasti made from the freshest Tuscan meat, taste local salami, cheese, fettuccine with goose ragout, pappardelle with boar, ravioli with ricotta and spinach and more! The spa program and thermal waters will help you to relax and escape from everyday routine. The thermal waters of Sorano - a calm place, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Baths of Saturnia - famous for their unique waters rich in minerals. During our workshops you will learn how to cook truly Italian dishes and enjoy the company of the our friendly chief.

Pick-up from Rome and transfer to Tuscany, where you could pass to the supermarket if needed to buy something. Then we will move to the agriturism gamping villa

Sorano visiting (medieval town, shops, museum), relax at Thermals of Sorano, lunch and dinner

Walking around medieval historical center of Sorano with it's small shops with local production. Tower visiting. Local museum visiting. Free time.

Pitigliano visiting (hebraic ghetto, Orsini museum, etrusscan caves), cooking workshop, wine degustation, dinner

Walking around. Visit to the Orsini Museum and Hebraic ghetto. Enjoying the tuscan panorama with etruscan caves and acqueduct from the tower pick. Free time

Visiting of Sovana town: medieval center and lunch at the restaurant in the middle of historical street of the town

Walking around, sightseeing: visiting of Etruscan paths, caves and grotes - see famous Via Cave - one of the ancient Etruscan streets ! This hiking route lasts about 1h30 and considered to be of medium difficulty

Visiting Bolsena Lake, walking, lunch on the lake, dinner with wine degustation

Walking around the lake, boat tour (if the weather permits)

Ekaterina, thank you so much again for such a warm welcome and for these magical holidays! This is the best memory of this year! Incredible scenery, amazing food, wonderful people. I would like to pay special attention to the thermal springs: guys, it’s just incredible relaxation and such a boost of strength! My man and I had such a rest that we were motivated to work hard and next time go to Catherine for more days and see even more interesting historical places! Oh, those walks along the narrow stone-paved streets! Romance! We fell in love with Tuscany!

We were on a tour with Catherine and we were more than satisfied. We especially remember the trip to the thermae, incredible emotions and a lot of positive energy from both the organizer Catherine (special thanks for the high-class translation from Italian and stories about local sights) and the tour itself. The detail which is impossible not to pay attention to is of course the delicious Italian food in the restaurants and the hospitality of the restaurateurs. Also, memorable are the walks around Pitigliano and Sorano, camping, it was especially nice to wake up in the fresh air, being surrounded by nature and beautiful people. The pasta making workshops are simply tops, I'll try to make Amatriciana for my boyfriend, but I can't promise anything.

Мы часто путешествуем с моим молодым человеком и хотели увидеть Италию глазами местных. Нам надоел привычный тип отдыха: хождение по музеям и скорые переезды между городами. Плюс мы уже бывали в Италии раньше и уже много что успели посмотреть. Но эта страна нам так нравится, что все равно регулярно возвращаемся в поисках чего-то нового. В этот раз нам действительно повезло попасть в этот тур. Он был необычный, мы попробовали много тосканских блюд. Особенно порадовали кулинарные мастер классы, я наконец-то научилась готовить Карбонару такой, какой она должна быть. Еще мы видели древние гроты этрусков, это невероятно! А вот город призрак меня впечатлил больше всего! Я ни разу не бывала в заброшенных средневековых поселениях. И если честно, вряд ли бы мы добрались бы туда сами. Но что еще важно, что в этом туре мы узнали много интересных фактов, и это не было похоже на опыт с экскурсиями, где тебе несколько часов подряд рассказывают текст по Википедии. Скорее это был формат диалога с вопросами и комментариями к месту. Моему молодому человеку тоже было интересно и нескучно. Рекомендую!
