We booked a Vatican tour with this operator through Viator. We travelled to Rome and from abroad and this tour was cancelled in less than 24 hours with this tour agent through Viator. We were refunded through Viator, but this is terrible as we lost a booked trip to see the Vatican at extreme short notice. In our opinion this is not a trustworthy tour operator.
Small issues equal GOOD instead of GREAT!

It was a stressful start because the meeting point was difficult to find! Even though the available GPS coordinates were close, the actual meeting point was not well sign-posted. However, given the size of the crowds, it was a great experience. Tur guide was very knowledgeable, a good communicator and entertaining (although, the group was split up for a short time due to other tour groups and visitors merging on stairs which could have been better managed by the guide and this caused some anxiety!).
Biggest negative was the technology ... ear pieces were not easy to mount and kept falling off, and the reception was only good when very close to guide and totally useless when direct line-of-sight could not be maintained. I feel I missed much useful commentary as a result. However, I realise this is probably a Vatican admin issue and not a tour operator issue, but this should be communicated to the relevant Vatican tour management staff.

First booked and...

First booked and confirmed tour guide for 100 tour never showed up. Tour company splicing and got us a 330 booking. Received phone call 40 mins before tour was to start changing the meeting point. This was nearly impossible to find. The tour guide gor 330 booking was great but the tour was rushed. Not enough time to enjoy. Told to check bags for 330 tour and were not told museum closes at 6 and our bags would be unavailable. Took nearly 2 hours and seemingly endless walking to retrieve our belongings.
