3 in 1 with a little 1 on 1 instruction

The 3-in-1 Cooking Class was a highlight of our trip to Rome. It’s always nice to start with making dessert and then dig into the pasta dough (wink)! Mimi, our excellent, and patient, instructor was friendly and engaging and she provided some much needed one-on-one instruction here and there. All in all we found a new appreciation for hand made pasta. Grazie!
Fantastic!

Great experience. So much fun! The best meal I’ve had since being in Rome:-) Marsha was great! Large group and she helped everyone ! I requested the recipe book via email but did not receive it.
Amazing Class

The instructor made the class, easy to follow along and learned a lot more than I thought I knew. There were a lot of people I could connect with it was fun to meet new people to share the experience with. I went with my friend but there were a variety of ages there. Overall fun class!
Pasta in Rome

This location of this experience was changed and we believe the restaurant wasn’t up to the challenge of having 18 people attend a pasta making class. The area was small and dimly lit. Sarah, the chef, was very energetic and enthusiastic but didn’t explain clearly the steps we were doing for the pasta and she rarely came to assist those of us that couldn’t see what she was doing. When our dinner came out, the sauces we chose were almost non-existent and flavorless. On a good note, the Tiramisu we made was excellent.
BOOK IT!

Absolutely loved it! I was so impressed that we made ravioli by hand. Didn’t even know that was possible. Will be hosting a pasta making class for my family when we return to the states.
