Perfect location that's right next to Colloseum, we could walk to many main attractions and many Colloseum tours gathers right below the hotel. Do note there's no breakfast buffet on the compound itself as its more of a boutique hotel, but they do serve basic breakfast to the room when requested (decent for a quick healthy breakfast). Safety directly outside the hotel is probably as good as it gets, with some sort of small military compound right next to the hotel with guards. Check in staffs were incredibly helpful and bellboy was really nice too. Service of staff is exceptional and made my entire check-in & out process super pleasant, thank you for that. A small quirk that I think the hotel needs to urgently improve on is the shower. The corner shower is incredibly tight even though the toilet is rather big. There's no shampoo rack in the shower so I got to squat down in a very tight space to take the soaps. Water from the shower also gets out and flow into the entrance of the room as the rubber seals do not work very well. My personal recommendation - remove the standalone bidet, and make the shower larger and more accessible. It will greatly help accessibility to not just young people but also seniors!

The geographical location is excellent, making it very convenient for bringing children. The service is very good, offering welcome champagne and snacks. The one-bedroom room is quite large by European standards. The breakfast, delivered to the room for 10 euros per person, is abundant and convenient. The bathroom feels a bit cramped. Overall, the cost-performance ratio is good.
