I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The best thing about the hotel is its location. It is just steps away from Trevi Fountain. The location is also walking distance to most of the tourist attractions in Rome. Moreover it is also a 10 minutes walk to the Bernini Metro Station. So location is the best. The room is not so big but it was enough for me as a solo traveller. The bed size is only for single person. Amenities are provided, complete set of toiletries, hair dryer, laptop sized safety box in the room, kettle of tea/coffee. The shower box is just too small for me. I had to open the shower box's doors to soap myself. It would be great if there was place to put soap and shampoo inside the shower box. However apart from the shower box's size, the bathroom is clean and spacious. Breakfast is continental breakfast, breads, selections of hams and cold cuts. The staffs are very nice and helpful.

Pros: Great location breakfast and staff were great, room is clean and it has everything I needed in the room. Cons: Small room with small bed. No hand soap, one soap only for hands and body. Almost no Cellphone signal in the room , relied on hotel wifi.

We had an amazing 3 night stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived an hour early from our flight planning to drop our bags at 10:00 am. When we arrived our room was ready so they allowed us to check in super early. It's located in the center of Rome in a bustling section with many people going to see the fountain. With your windows open you can hear all the excitement on the street, but very quiet with the windows shut. We were a family of 5 in 2 rooms, and would highly recommend it.

I wanted so badly to like this and I should've listened to the reviews. This was the last stop on a long trip. I stayed at 2 star hotels so much nicer. This absolutely ruined my vacation Positives- location. I also had a balcony on the back and was shocked at how quiet it was being so close to Trevi. That's where the positives end (ok front desk staff was pleasant). That's where the positives end and the nightmare begins' The room was not cleaned before I checked in. There were still belonging from last guest left in the drawers All the problems- first room I entered only to find moldy food in fridge. Fridge was disgusting and probably should've left at that point. Returned for the night and went to take a shower- wouldn't drain. Then I got to bed and sheets were filthy and fairly sure there were bedbugs. About 2 am I talked to front desk guy and he got me some new sheets- however I still couldn't sleep. I literally sat on the balcony with my luggage all night. Moved the next day. Was an 'upgrade'. Again fridge nasty, water leaked out under tub on the floor, mold around shower. Spots all over the carpet. My room never got serviced and then the next day my safe broke so I didn't want anyone in my room. My balcony door was jammed and they were aware of that. I told them not to do anything as didn't want anyone in my room. I returned that night to be told they fixed the door. Whatever! To top it all off it was in the 80's and informed they don't turn AC on until mid May but maybe there could turn it on by Wed (it was Sat) if still warm (which sucked the night my balcony door was jammed). So for sure don't stay if you don't want to be cool between April and October Other people mentioned issues with the breakfast. I really only was there one am and really have no complaints with that. I would've left after the first night but I knew I'd lose everything I paid. I told them I wanted refunded from the first night and they stated they would do so but am now ghosting me. I was trying to get them to make it right before posting this review.
