Es ist eher eine normale Wohnung in einem Wohnhaus, die "Rezeption" (welche nur f�r die Ankuft der G�ste besetzt wird) befand sich notd�rftig im Gang, Fr�hst�ck gibs ans Bett (da kein Platz f�r Fr�hst�cksraum...) Fr�hst�ck war OK, Geschirr war nicht sauber, auswahl eher klein (Croissant, 2 Keske und 4 Zwiebacks + Kafee) Zimmer war recht sauber, Zustand der M�bel angemessen (f�r italienische Verh�ltnisse OK) Die Gegend ist super erschlossen (Ubahn EUR Fermi, + viele Busse) allerdings auch recht laut in der Nacht da die Busse die ganze nacht fahren. Trotzdem f�r einen St�dtetrip empfehlenswert, vor allem weil man �ber die Station EUR Magliana schnell zur SBahn ans Meer umsteigen kann um auch mal schwimmen zu gehen. (30min ans Meer, 20min ins Zentrum)"
