"This was a classic case of "Bait and Switch". The place promised me every accommodation I requested but once I paid, they could not provide anything! Including a room! The place is not marked (no signage) I doubt that a bed and breakfast actually exists! I had to find another room on very short notice! I went by the location later and seen another person having the same issue. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Made in Rome B&B. Make sure you remember to ring the buzzer beside the door when you arrive - I forgot that detail and was flustered for a bit. Thankfully there is a small elevator to save you dragging your bags up those stairs! As others have said, the rooftop terrace was worth the cost of the whole stay. My last night there (before flying home the next day after a 2 week trip) I was ready to relax and just bought a pizza across the street and bought a bottle of wine and truly enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop with street music wafting up to me. Memorable! One note to the owner/manager - I knowingly stayed in the room with the unattached bathroom. 1) You should include a robe for each person in that room. Both mornings I ran into someone in the hall in my modest pajamas. It was embarrassing. 2) That bathroom needs a hook on the back of the door or somewhere to hang clothes. Otherwise I loved my neat, clean room."

"The terrace itself makes it worth every cent. The views up there are incredible, with lots of seating. Although a little hard to find, Max was super helpful, and our stay was very pleasant!"

"We were accommodated in a (supposedly) double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom which lamentably was a few years beyond a good serviceable standand. The drains in the bathroom smelled bad. When out all day exploring Rome we would have to air the room and close up the bathroom till the smell cleared. The vanity sink could not be filled with water because when you released the drain the floor waste overflowed with the smelly water from the pipes. Breakfast consisted of fresh fruit in a bowl on the table, cereals and yoghurt. A few times Maria provided some sliced processed cheese and processed meat slices but this was not very appetising. The refrigerator was generally packed with alcohol and soft drinks but little in the way of food. Coffee was either instant or a nespresso capsule coffee. After the second morning I found it easier to go to the cafe for a better coffee and breakfast. The roof terrace and view over the Forum was the best aspect of this establishment."
