"People of color don�t book this house. The man was rude upon my arrival & was yelling at me about having to sit around all day waiting for me. Yet I never got any info from him other that to arrive between 4-10 pm. I got there at 8:40 pm after being lost for a couple of hours. He said it was my fault I got lost then berated me for not having WhatsApp or other forms of communication. I emailed him before I got there & got no response. The Agoda site had glitches that kept us from coming. However, his rudeness was so offensive, I almost left my 50th birthday trip 3 days early. On top of that, I was on the 3rd floor with no elevator & needed help lifting bag to & fro. The man was a sexist racist! I don�t believe he would have been so rude to a white man.
