"I'm a lazy people to write comment but this is an exceptional. I lost my wallet when I first arrived Rome. Luckily, the hotel owner gave us a hand. He brought us to police station and act as an interpreter. He also taught us how to get to China Embrassy. He also sent us some maps for famous ice-cream and restaurant. By the way, the location is great, you can walk to every sight-seeing point. It's a bit far away from Rome terminal, so it'd better go there by taxi (~EUR10 with luggage) The room was nice, a little bit girlish, but I like it."
