The apartment itself is located on the 3rd floor of a building to which there is use of a lift if required, and the property is well equipped with cooking facilities etc, is in good condition and there are two bedrooms (if needed) each with a double bed. It is about a 10-15 minute stroll away from St Peter’s Basilica in Saint Peter's Square, Vatican City. From there it’s a short walk to Castel Sant'Angelo located by the side of the river. Crossing the bridge over the river it’s just another short walk to Piazza Navona area where there is a large choice of restaurants, bars etc. Just 200m away from the apartment is a Metro station on Line A, which in itself is a great starting point when starting to explore the city, since just two stops away, you’re in Piazza del Popolo which is next to a huge park in which there is a Bioparc with elephants, zebra, camels, etc if anyone would like to visit there. One more stop away is the Metro adjacent to the Spanish Steps area, and the next takes you to the Trevi Fountain. At the same time, it’s not so far to walk from Spanish Steps to the Fountain because they’re really not a big distance apart, and at least when walking you can physically see where you are instead of travelling underground! The overall cost of this facility is hard to beat when considering all elements of the stay. The host was very approachable before and during the stay there. Responses to any messages sent were always provided very quickly. Furthermore, the host was welcoming, informative, supportive and provided assistance as and when required, with no issues at all. I would definitely return when I stay in Rome again, no question.

Location is near Vatican and there are lot of restaurants around. The apartment is good and clean and easy to access. The district is safe.

The location was amazing. Very close to the Vatican. Just perfect. Lots of restaurants and cafes around the apartment. Giovanni was an amazing host as well. Very helpful! Helped us with restaurant recommendations, and was always available in WhatsApp if we needed anything or any help around town. Both the rooms have air conditioning. Apartment was super clean!
