The location is next to the Roma Termini train and bus station, which makes it very convenient. The neighborhood isn't the best, but it met our needs for a sleepover before catching a flight. The property manager communicated well via text and email. They sent a video showing the check-in and access procedures, which was very helpful. The rooms are small but adequate. The bathroom is adequate, and the shower is small. This worked well for our quick overnight stay.

We liked the room, although it was not exactly the same as the room we booked. Communication was great. Location was accessible. We were provided with welcome drinks and snacks. They even bought us a drying rack for our baby's clothes.
