Warm welcoming by Flavio, breakfast included, shared kitchen with many ustensils, calm garden (perfect for breakfast in the sun if you have the yellow room), secured parking lot, the metro 5 minutes away.

Flavio is a great host. We had a wonderful stay with him. The room was very nice and clean. The apartment is located just a little outside of the city so you can take a break and relax away from the buzzing center but still reach it easily in a few minutes with the metro.

Flavio and the staff in general are very kind, Flavio's coffee is the best. They offer a small breakfast which is good for the price. The private bathroom was inside the room and very clean. Regarding the location you will be on a 10 minute walk to the metro station and a supermarket. Additionally, you are very close to one of the best gelaterias in Italy.

Everything was very nice, especially when taking into account the price! Signor Flávio’s coffee was awesome( and I don’t even like coffee)!
