Quiet and large home away from home

This is a well equipped and spacious space to stay. Three of us stayed here during a trip to Rome. Overall I highly recommend for families or friends! Great location with groceries and restaurants within 10 minute drive. You can walk to places but they are a bit far (15 to 30 min) as you aren't really near a town/piazza. Rome is a 35 minute drive on weekends or midday when you aren't driving in morning or afternoon rush hour(s). It can take 1.5 hours or longer to drive in during the weekday morning rush hour. There's metro stops within range that we didn't try. This townhouse is in a gated community and has three levels. There's a kitchen and living room and bathroom on the first level, two bedrooms with balconies, a huge walk in closet, and full bathroom on the second level, and a bedroom, full bathroom w washing machine plus closet/laundry folding room on the third level. Private front turf lawn gets early morning sun. Kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. Theres a free parking lot on premises that is a short walk from the home. There's a short flight of steps from parking to the home. Plenty of hot water, toilet paper, towels and pillows! Easy check in and nice host! We enjoyed being away from the crowds in Rome at night but close enough to drive in for Vatican tour, Hop in Hop Off and days just roaming around in Rome. The local pizza and full restaurants we tried close by were good. The Carrefour market 6 minutes away, is open 24h a day!

Nella struttura non manca proprio niente. È situata in una zona molto tranquilla, all’ingresso vi è una reception aperta h24. Posti auto gratuiti, letti comodi e stanze pulite.

La villa in cui abbiamo soggiornato per il weekend è stata una scelta eccellente per il nostro gruppo di cinque persone,chi ha subito affascinati. Le tre stanze erano ampie e confortevoli, perfette per garantire a tutti noi un soggiorno rilassante. Il giardinetto, curato e tranquillo, è stato un luogo ideale per momenti di relax all'aria aperta. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole. In sintesi, tutto è stato perfetto! Consigliamo vivamente questa villa per una vacanza indimenticabile.
Propre et sécurisé pour un bon séjour

Le logement est vraiment très très propre. Difficile de faire mieux. Les équipements sont de bonnes qualité, la décoration est faite avec soin. Chaque chambre a sa propre télé ! Le petit balcon du dernier étage et le dressing ont été nos coups de cœur. Les matelas sont bons, tout fonctionne… vraiment, c’est un logement de qualité dans une résidence privée ! En ce qui concerne Rome, vous devez prendre la voiture pour rouler 10-15 min jusqu’à un parking du bout de la ligne B qui coûte 1,50 euros la journée et la gare se situe juste en-dessous. Très pratique ! Un carrefour Market est ouvert 24/24h à 5min en voiture du logement avec une excellente pizzeria pas loin. La ville est agréable et la communication avec les proprios était facile.
Se voltar a Roma, com certeza voltaria a alugar a mesma casa.

A casa é perfeita. Condomínio agradável, seguro e super silencioso. Não é perto dos pontos turísticos, mas vale a pena pelo conforto e tranquilidade. A anfitriã foi super atenciosa e nos respondeu prontamente todas as perguntas.
