Gabriele Is THE BEST, amazing host, extremely attentive and friendly. The flat looks much better than on the pictures, it's fully equiped, super comfy and the location is very convenient. It definitely exceeded our expectations

We have been travelling in two for a concert at Stadio Olimpico and simply falled in love with the apartment. Cozy, clean, all supplies needed, comfortable bed and pillows. The location is great, few bus stops to the Vatican city or you can reach it via a nice walk. The city center is reachable via buses or the Metro-subway. The neighbor is lovley - bars, supermarkets, etc. Gabriele (the host) is simply amazing person, kind, nice and available. We felt like at home. We strongly recommend the apartment and for sure will be back. Thank you Gabriele for the care and for making our stay so pleasant.

Host Gabriel was excellent. Very kind and helpful. You can agree on everything with him! Apartment has everything you need and even more (iron, hair dryer, coffee machine!). Bus station is across the street, bakery a minute away from apartment, just like store where you can buy food, drinks, cosmetics etc. There was no complicated related to collecting or leaving keys. Great place to stay.

Great! The location is perfect, a nice neighborhood, lively but quiet, lots of authenticity, good shops and restaurants, and easy access to the touristic parts. The flat is really nice, small but feels bigger as it's so cleverly arranged, comfortable. And Gabriele the host is super friendly , super helpful, very reactive. This is the place we'll come back to whenever we return to Rome!

nice and clean apartment, suitable for short stay. the host is great, kind and hospitable - in the evening of arrival (it was something near 23:00), offered to drive us to some cafe or restaurant, as we were hungry and at this time it was hard to find something open. overall great impression

First of all, the apartment in real life is much more beautiful and cozier than in the photo! Gabriel the host is extremely friendly and hospitable. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay for a long time. (a washing machine, all household chemicals, a coffee machine and a kettle, all kinds of kitchen utensils, coffee tea, a huge TV with Wi-Fi, a bluetooth speaker for music, an air conditioner that works properly and is very cold if necessary). soundproofing. well maintained entrance. in general, there is everything for comfort. in the house opposite a supermarket and a pharmacy. so , I highly recommend this apartment. I will be back for sure and for a longer time.

Nice cozy appartment, nice neighbourhood, very friendly host, complementary beer was very nice. Price already with city tax included, not all the properties include it.
Quiet nice place to stay for 2/3 days

Good location, bus stop very close to the place. Area has a lovely bakery shop and supermarket on the doorstep. Place was very quiet and we had a good night sleep on a comfy bed. Nice touch with Nespresso pods available to us. Please bear in mind this is a flat, therefore it does not get cleaned during your stay, however there are plenty of towels available. Well equipped kitchen with manual juicer available. Great communication with the host.
