The room is brand new and everything works fine (shower, air conditioning, etc). Staff was very helpful with our needs. The location is very nice, 15min walk to the main attractions and very close to Roma Termini. You can also take a bus, the bus stop is a few meters away.

Great location and the property is very new, clean and well maintained. The staffs are super helpful and polite. We had to go to the museum very early on the day we check out, they went above and beyond to ask us to just leave the key and our luggages in the room for checking out. They sent someone to carry our luggages to the office and stored them for free until we got back later the day to pick them up. They do offer a lot of tour options too. We had everything planned ahead so we didn’t join their tour, but I like that they didn’t try to hard sale on their tour. Best service ever!!! Will definitely go back again
