Alessandro was friendly and efficient, giving us very thorough instructions on the colour-coded keys and breakfast process. He also sent me a Whatsapp message with recommendations of the best food and drink in the area - we followed his recommendation and ate the best pasta of our life. Room was clean and comfortable and shower was great. Alessandro also advised exactly which metro to catch to get to the building. Was a lovely experience to stay here. It is also very safe, there are FOUR locked doors (gate, building, B&B, room) between the street and your room.

Great location. 3 minutes to Metro, 8 minutes to Vatican Museum. Very nice local restaurants recommended by staff. Nice, clean room, tastefully decorated, a comfortable 2 night stay. Highly recommended.

Best Place to Stay For My Family in Rome

We absolutely love the room. We have the suite room. Room and bathroom are huge and very clean. The amenities are great. Our breakfast food is already in our room. Breakfast is plentiful and yummy. Location is very close to the Vatican and the Basilica. There is a Cafe (Ruberto’s) right there across the hotel and is highly recommended . Host Alessandro is very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay in Vatication next time we travel to Rome.

Actually, the hotel owner was a vey nice person-Alessandro. He helped me a lot to suggest lots of places to visit and restaurants. These tips was so beneficial for us in our vacation. In addition to that, the hotel's place is very quite and It's very close to Vatican. On the other hand, sometimes it requires to use public transportation to arrive other historical places like Collesseum or Trastevere district, but it does not take so much time. Our room was cleaned every day and the furniture are new. If I revisit Rome again, definetely I will accommodate in this hotel again.

Alessandro was an outstanding host! The best!!!Proactive, welcoming… we felt very comfortable and so happy to stay in his b&b. So clean. B&B had an elevator with no stairs required to get to it. Close to Vatican and the metro. Breakfast was very good. 10 10 we will definitely stay again!
