The apartament is located in a very good and safe area. There are surveillance cameras. It is very close to the train station, tram, bus. If you like to walk and enjoy the views, you need 30 minutes to reach most of the sights. The best Pizza and Pasta restaurants are in this area.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement de l’appartement au calme, en retrait du boulevard très fréquenté du Trastevere. L’immeuble est bien entretenu, sécurisé, proche de toutes les commodités : la gare du Trastevere est à une dizaine de minutes, une station de tram permettant de rejoindre le centre de Rome est à une centaine de mètres, un supermarché, des petits commerces et des restaurants sont proches. L’appartement est entièrement équipé, élégamment meublé et bien éclairé, très confortable et très propre. Il dispose d’un lave linge, d’un sèche linge et d’un lave vaisselle, de nombreux rangements Il y a même un escabeau pour atteindre les niveaux supérieurs des placards de la cuisine où sont rangées les casseroles

Het is een nieuw appartement op een prima locatie vlakbij station Trastevere. Het is netjes en zeer schoon. De toegang tot het appartement is vrij ingewikkeld via de internetsite Vikey, maar daarna werkt het goed.

El apartamento es amplio y luminoso, moderno y en una ubicación tranquila y cerca del centro. La ducha es fantástica. Cocina de inducción. Tiene ascensor, lavadora y secadora, y utensilios de cocina y vajilla. Hay cafeterías cercanas para desayunar. El tranvía 8 está a pocos metros y te lleva a la zona chic del Trastevere, y a la Plaza Venecia, que te permite ir andando a muchos de los puntos de interés.
