Beautiful apartment close to train station

We spend 4 days here in Middle September. Apartment was well furnished and spacious. Location was good in Trastevere. Only a 4 minute walk to train station, and supermarkets nearby. Apartment is expertly decorated. It is quite beautiful. They were nice to leave us a water in the refrigerator for our arrival! When we arrived, we met the owner, who was actually the architect of the building. She was superb! She was professional, and helpful. Upon arrival, there was something wrong with the Air Conditioner (AC). The owner was quick to get a service person to repair it. Initially, she got us a portable AC unit, just in case the AC was not fixed in a timely manner, which was very much appreciated! While the central AC was repaired the same day we arrived, it did struggle to cool the apartment. Rome experience extremely hot days during our stay. Luckily, we had the portable AC unit at our disposal, which helped to keep the room nice and cool. There is a Café, 1 minute away, which is simply superb! We ate there every morning and the servers were the nicest! In summary, I would absolutely stay there again without hesitation. Good location, and good value.

The property was very clean, a lot of attention was put to design and detail. It was very well thought. We loved the location, outside of hectic city center by the tram line 8 bringing us to the center in just few minutes. The flat was very accessible from the airport, by train to Trastevere station and a 2 min. walk to the flat.

This was a trip for my husbands 40th birthday and I thought the pictures looked nice but when we arrived we were blown away it is stunning, clean and has everything you need. The host meets you which is a lovely touch, and helped with our luggage on the day of depature.A short bus ride into the centre is well worth staying somewhere as lovely as this would 100% come back. Thank You

We liked it all. The apartment is very stylish and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped , with all the basics you need to cook a full dinner or just a breakfast. The kitchen has all new appliances (fridge, dishwasher, oven, and induction stove) Near the apartment, you are a train station and convenient bus stops to make sure you can reach all of Rome and beyond. Simone very friendly and welcomed us kindly.

The apartment is beautifully designed. It is our best place to stay during the wonderful holiday with two my lovely children. Kitchen is well equipped with induction stove for us to cooking nice and simple dinner. We met the very friendly owner who came to see us during checking in. The gates entry to the apartment, door into the building, and the apartment door are electronically locked for security.

Boutique Suite was a great spot to stay. It’s very quiet and private, but close to everything without being in the chaotic centre. The apartment was spacious with a comfortable bed. The kitchen was handy and the shower amazing. Simone was absolutely brilliant. He stayed in contact with us and was so helpful with any queries. Etna too was very helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay. Compared to where our friends stayed we definitely had the better property. Oh yes there was also Netflix 👍🏼Thank you Simone😊
