Surprisingly good! The house has a large area and convenient transportation. There are buses and subways nearby.The landlord was very enthusiastic and we had a great experience！

The apartment is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home. The beds are superb and the cleanliness is at a very high level. The location is very convenient as it is 2 minutes from the metro stop. The owner is extremely attentive, kind and always helpful and available for everything. I recommend staying in Rome at this very place!

High recommendations for Tia tourist apartment. Everything was great, from the owner, the apartment, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment to the location because the metro station is just around the corner, you can reach any part of the city in half an hour.

Lovely hosts. We arrived late at night and they waited for us at the nearest metro station. The apartment was really nice, perfectly clean. The subway is 3 minutes away and there is a 30 minutes ride to the city center from the apartment. The neighborhood itself is renowned for its many varied restaurants. Apart from that you had all you could need like supermarkets, pharmacies etc. Definitely recommend. One of the best places we stayed on booking.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Equipped with everything we needed. The big advantage is the location - near the metro station. Very good contact with the owner. The gentleman was waiting for us with the keys at the nearby metro station. He was flexible with check-in and check-out times. We had a very nice time in Rome.

Wszystko było super. Apartament duży, komfortowy, czysty, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne na krótszy i dłuższy pobyt. Właściciele super mili, bardzo pomocni. Z uwagi na nasz wczesny przylot, umożliwili mam wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Lokalizacja super z uwagi na bliskość metra i duży wybór sklepów i restauracji. Cicho i spokojnie.

Bardzo piękny, czysty i zadbany apartament. Idealny kontakt z właścicielem. Dobra baza wypadowa w Rzymie po niezłej cenie, nie ma tłumu turystów, czuć dzięki temu fajną lokalną atmosferę. Blisko sklep i miejsca z pysznym jedzeniem. Zdecydowanie polecam!

El APARTAMENTO ESTABA COMPLETISIMO, no le faltaba de nada. Muy buena predisposicion para la recogida de llaves, a pesar del retraso por el vuelo y llegar muy tarde al apartamento. Muy buen trato recibido.

Appartamento pulito e spazioso ,dotato di tutti i confort con due belle camere da letto adeguatamente separate. Zona tranquilla e poco trafficata. L'accoglienza ricevuta e la disponibilità da parte del sig. Gianluca è stato il valore aggiunto di questa struttura situata in ottima posizione vicino alla metro Gardenie. Lo consiglio vivamente.
