The host Niccolo was very helpful and it was easy to collect keys upon arrival. We stayed for 6 days and found the apartment was neat and clean. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials, though we did not use them. The location of the apartment was close to Termini station which is the central hub for public transportation. Very convenient location with plenty of food options nearby. Niccolo and Paolo were always available to answer any queries in whatsapp.

The location is good and easily accessible to trains. Good restaurants close by. Bedrooms and toilets are big. Good communication with Host. We requested for more pillows and the host managed to have them there before we arrived. When coffee capsules were running low, the host quickly replenished. The apartment also came with a complimentary bubbly.

We love the location--it's walkable, close to Termini, and lots of reasonable restaurants/bars nearby. The facility was much nicer than we expected. Very nicely finished, and we appreciated the bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge. The hosts were very responsive (via What's App).

I loved that the apartment was so near the train station and on a street with great restaurants. There was a lot of life on the street so that made it feel lively and safe. I also loved the combined washer/dryer since it was so easy to put in a load of clothes and leave for the day and come back to find it already dry. The apartment had shampoo / body wash and conditioner which was a nice touch.
