Rooms were excellent. Facilities were fantastic. Social events board were great - we didn’t join any as only there for one night but would be a great place to stay longer term in Rome.

Super clean. Great staff who made us feel like a VIP. From arriving to new leaving. Also having facilities laundry great. The food provided was top notch pleased to see gluten free and chocolate vegan cakes. Super fast wifi. Good lifts the place should be 6 star.

The location, the common area, and the staff/worker were all very friendly and helpful! They were accommodating as I wanted a lower bunk bed and also the storage bin under my bed were stuck. They had someone came fixed it within minutes. The mattress was too soft for me, and they flipped it around for me. Also I really like the events/game nights they hosted. I met some GREAT people and we became Roma friends roaming in Roma into the dawn. :))
