Clean, huge and staffs are very accommodating! We reached earlier and we had a bad experience from a private hire transportation booked from Booking.com. The customs was extremely busy that day we arrived and we took slight more than 1 hours and the driver just drove off. We ended up buying train tickets to go to The Guardian, when we reached we were greeted by this lady, I forget her name but she was asking us how are we since we flew such a distance to get here. Told her over dilemma and she was so kind to let us checked in early. It really helps to elevate the bad experience we had earlier and the room was clean, we have fresh towels everyday and the breakfast was super delicious and well spread. Even the service staff in the restaurant were so friendly and nice. Will definitely stay if I come back to Rome. Thanks and well done.

The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of quality products (yoghourt, cakes, fruits...). The room was large enough and the bed was confortable. An electronic safe was at our disposal. The personel was friendly too.
Would come back here again and highly recommend!

This was a great hotel with amazing service, front desk staff, rooms and location. Its a 20-30 min walk from the main attractions which allows you to really see rome and the streets. The location is in a high end quiet area which i really loved! The staff was helpful and incredibly welcoming. The room is very tiny, but thats fine for us. The mattress & pillows were very good and supportive as well which I appreciate after a long day of walking. Would come back here again and highly recommend!

We loved how welcoming the staff were and that they gave us directions to the main sights. Breakfast was very tasty, great quality and selection. There is a terrace on top of the hotel where we were able to order drinks and some food. Great atmosphere.

From the moment we checked in the staff was super nice and accommodating. The breakfast was tasty with several options. It was an easy walk to the bus stop. termi station and metro station .
