David is super welcoming and the place is beautifully designed. The location is basically in the heart of Rome so everything is really close. It's next to a busy pedestrian street, but it gets quiet in the morning and evening, so even though I'm light sleeper it was not problem at all. Super happy with choosing this place for our stay.

Unbeatable! I can’t recommend The Flow more!!!! Aside from the location being ideal, David went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay, particularly during a city-wide taxi strike. He was available, communicative, helpful, warm & kind. The room was clean, cosy & modern. I will absolutely be rebooking when we return to Rome next!!

Nice and modern hotel in the middle of Rome. Within walking distance to all «main» attractions and in a beautiful street. The host was very good as he answered on whatsapp right after we sent messages, and easy to communicate with. The room was beautiful with a balcony in a cozy alley. I would really recommend this hotel.

Great location. Very nice, functional room. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean!!!!!! The view from the balcony is beautiful. There is an elevator. The owner was very nice and very helpful. During our stay, he asked us if everything was okay and if we needed anything. It was very nice. The contact was immediate. We were there a few hours before check-in and we could leave our luggage without any problems. The same with departure - after check-out until departure, the luggage could be left at the hotel and was safe. The cleaning staff was also very nice and helpful. We are very pleased with our stay. We will definitely come back here. It was nice, comfortable and safe, and above all, very clean. Thank you ❤️
