Very quiet, cute and comfortable. Easy communication with the host. Great location for walking, eating, shopping and sight seeing. We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have a private outdoor area. Good bathroom and laundry area, comfortable temperature and. Good sleeping
Our Favourite Location While in Rome

This is our favourite location in Rome, close to the Piazza Barbarini with its connection to the train station. The apartment door is located within an inner courtyard and the apartment is accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. The bathroom is 18 stairs down from the main floor of the apartment, but has a good handrail and is not difficult once you get used to it. The bathroom is large, modern, and has a washing machine. The main floor of the apartment is of a good size with a comfortable bed, table and chairs and a small balcony which overlooks a neighbouring courtyard. The kitchen area is tiny and it would be difficult to prepare large meals, but is fine for breakfasts and snacks. From this location you can walk to many of the major sights in Rome.

Great location, extremely easy check in. The host was very responsive and helpful. The accommodation was very clean and everything in good order, looks exactly like the photos. It was very handy having a washing machine. Could not have asked for better accommodation for our time in Rome. Grazie Fabrizio!
An amazing find and stay!

What is there not to like about this stay?! The location is amazing - less than 10 minutes from Trevi Fountain, less than 30 from the Colosseum, and maybe 5 from the metro (all walking!). This property is so spacious and well stocked. It’s also such a unique and fun property. We could not believe we were the second guests. Book this before it’s too popular! We would 100% stay again when in Rome.

Was a great location and a great little apartment - the check in process was super easy and apartment was easy to get into. Very convenient that it has a washing machine. You can’t really tell by the pictures but the bathroom isn’t on the same floor as the bedroom it’s about half way down the stairs - this wasn’t a problem for us but could be hard for someone that isn’t great with steps.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Manager of the property is responsive to questions or helping you with anything you need. We checked into the property very late in the night because of our arrival flight and had no issues checking into the apartment.
