It was very comfy and to be honest I checked the some reviews about this place and I think they include a lot of wrong information. I and my friend prepared ourselves for the worst. But it had nothing to do with the comments. (We stayed in King Room.)
perfect location for Rome

good location, right next to the train station so easy access to all the landmarks. Bed were made every morning with fresh towels. The owner was very helpful and let us leave our bags before check in.
It was a last minute booking and suites our needs well.

Check in was really easy. The room was very, very clean. The staircase needs a good power washing though to give a better first impression. The location is just meters from Roma Termini and many convenient restaurants and shops.
Overall positive, easy to get to and great location for Metro.
