Got upgraded to one of their other properties upon arrival, but was just around the corner from the original property, so getting there was no issue. Room was very nice, clean, A/C and TV, private bathroom. Staff was very friendly. Would stay here again!

The location was great, close to the city center. Also we (my mom and I) were on the ground floor and it was nice not to take stairs etc. Staff was nice and friendly. Room was chill.

Basic (really basic!) clean accommodation with private bathroom right next to Termini station. Convenient for one-night stay with late arrival and early departure. A/C availble for heating or cooling. Late check in and early check out is easy.

Nice stay in a perfect location, only 5 minute walk to Termini train station and 30 minute walk from the Colosseum. Great price for Rome to, was good value for money.
The staff is friendly, I was very surprised that the towels were changed to fresh ones every day!

The staff really tries very hard and is attentive to their work, everyone is smiling and always greets you, asking if everything is OK in the room. The location of the hotel is very convenient, near the subway, train station, shops and there are a couple of pleasant places for breakfast. The room was generally old, but very clean and spacious. I think if you paid a little extra and rented a room in a hotel with a higher star rating, it would be very tiny - but here in the room there is even a work desk and the opportunity to conveniently arrange your belongings
