The room was super clean & always maintained so by the Hotel staff. FABIO was extremely cooperative with clear instructions to enter the premises. The location is awesome, bang opp. the ROMA TERMINI which is a major plus point. So no anxities whilst cmg in late

This small hotel next to Termini station was perfect for us as we were travelling on by train the next morning. Our room was a bit on the small side but very comfortable and the decor was modern. We had intended, and would have been happy, to go back there at the end of our touring for another couple of nights. Unfortunately our plans had to change. I would happily recommend this hotel. A bonus was the fruit and cake left in the breakfast room for anytime snacking. Most welcome after a long trip.

Excellent location,just across Termini,in main street! Great staff,very kind and friendly,all three. Breakfast is ok. We expected just croissants,but we also have sandwiches,flakes and fruits. Room is small,but nice and bathroom looks new.

It was clean, a bit small but doable. Liked the breakfast. Had what I liked. Granola and joyurt and cappuccino. Thank you. Across from the Termini Station which was handy as I had a flight in the morning and I took a train. Saved time and cost of a taxi.

Just across Roma Termini. Very convenient for us to spend one night in Rome before our flight home. Many eateries, souvenirs nearby.

Management is nice, patient, welcoming, bilingual. The receptionist took the time to shows the map and advise where to go and how to. The hotel is beautiful, clean, spacious and quiet. The staff have available breakfast/water/snacks/fruits/ coffee/ microwave. The room has a mini fridge and a TV. The bathroom is nice and clean. The Hotel is at a walkable distance from the train Station/ the center/downtown. It was easy for us to walk 5 minutes to the train station Termini to get the Metro. We had no issue walking in the neighborhood very late at night after midnight. I will definitely come back
