The communication with Antonio was excellent, and he provided clear instructions on how to obtain the keys. It was a relief to find that all the rooms were equipped with air conditioning, which was quite essential during our stay. Since there were eight of us, we were able to comfortably accommodate everyone across the three bedrooms without the need for the sofa bed, which was a pleasant surprise. Furthermore, the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all of us. One of the highlights of the location was its convenience, as we could easily walk to a nearby grocery store, various restaurants, and even to the iconic Colosseum. Rome offered us a delightful experience, and we truly had a wonderful time exploring the city.

The home is as it shows. Renovated and overall a great space. They had coffee pods. Bathrooms are great and the condo was clean.

The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. I liked the fact that plenty of espresso coffee pads and the machine was available. I also liked the gate security. The apartment was tastefully decorated and visually very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.

EXACTLY as photoed! The wrap around outdoor terrace was a perfect spot to soak in the sun before starting your day. This apartment layout was the perfect setup for our group of five people (2 couples and 1 single) because no one had to fight for bathroom time. The place was spotless and felt very clean (and fancy). The owner tried to meet my group during check-in but the timing didn’t line up. Instead they gave detailed step-by-step instructions (accompanied with photos) on how to gain access to the building and apartment. There was a minor mistranslation in the instructions, but since they were very prompt to answer my messages and questions; it was resolved within a minute and we found the correct apartment. Each person in my group and I would love to stay here again in the future.

Size with 3 bedrooms 3 baths Location a bit far from Vatican but there where some great things nearby that were not on our itinerary Close enough to walk to coliseum and other areas.

The rooms are spacious and the rooms have air conditioning. The decoration of the apartment is beautiful and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer, but no dryer. The host Antonio is very quick at replying.

Very spacious property with decent size three bedroom. It s next to a bus stop. The bus will take you to Tremini metro which will take you to most tourist spots. The walk to the Colosseum is a 15 minutes up hill walk.
