The location is great, 10 minutes walk from the Vatican, St Peter’s Square and the Vatican museums. It’s also less than 5 min walk from the metro station which makes it great to go anywhere in the city. The room was very clean and nice, air con working perfectly and the bathroom was clean. The host was also very nice and friendly.

We only had a short walk to the Vatican and was in walking distance to many of the old sites. Our room was modern in a building with character! Wait till you take the elevator! Roberto was accomodating in allowing us to leave our suitcases while we sightseed before heading to the airport. Very grateful. Had the makings for tea and was able to make coffee in the shared kitchen! Arrivederci!

Staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we’ll need to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room and private bathroom were clean, and so was the common kitchenette which is just a few steps away from the room. Location is walking distance from the Vatican, which was a big plus for us.

Perfect location closed to Vatican and Ottaviano metro station. Original building with an authentic hall, corridors, elevator and appartments. Room is large and clean. During 3 days a bed linen and towels were refreshed twice! In the kitchen you can find welcome cookies, snacks, water, tea, coffee. Roberto is a great host! Thanks!

Location is great, the surrounding is so beautiful, reminding a lot of Barcelona (in Preti, Rome). Other than that, the room was perfect, huge king sized bed with a view towards the street, clean and nice. The owner let us check in very late in the night, and he also provided breakfast every day during the stay. Recommend for everyone.
