Lovely apartment in a great location. Walking distance to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain, lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

Nice apartment in an old style building. Close to Spanish stairs and Trevi fountain. It's the 1.5 floor. There is the elevator on the 1st or 2nd floor, so you can up or down half the floor by stairs. The airconditioning was halfway :(, but better than nothing. Not enough for hot August. Main bedroom with shower, 🚽and sink. There is air conditioning in the main bedroom with double bed - we were in hot August - and set the airconditioning all the time on 19°C -but it wasn't cool enough- at night the 🌡️ in the room was 25°C only. There is a fan in the same bedroom too, but still. There is a twin bed in the small room (without window) by the main bedroom (the entrance only from the main bedroom) with a standing fan. A second double bed is in the living room. There is "cooler" (like air conditioning and a fan together). Not cool enough for August 😞. Second full bathroom with small bath and small washing machine. Nice kitchen, there were quite enough kitchen utensils, a good fridge with a freezer. No air conditioning in the kitchen.. There was salt, sugar, some coffee and several capsules for the nespresso machine. Overall, we liked the apartment - a family with 3 big kids (11y.o., 16 y.o., 18 y.o.)

This is a spacious apartment with an excellent location, exactly at the center of the city, Trevi Fountain, Panthenon, II Victor Emmanuel Monument are within walking distance. There were wasching maschine and dishwasher, but without powder or capsule. There is a Nespresso caffe maker, but no capsules or sugar. The flat was nicely furbished and the bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning (it was not able to cool the room enoughly, maybe it needs a cleaning). There is a bar within 10 minutes, where you can leave your luggages before or after your stay.

The location is top. The Appartement is huge and comfortable. There are some great things as dishwasher, coffee machine.

The surrounding area is full with great bars, wonderful restaurants and eateries. Lot of shops and late night mini supermarkets are also available. The metro is a few steps away and the main sights of downtown Rome are also accessible by feet very very easily. The apartment is huge, there's plenty of space and the owner is a very friendly, flexible and nice person.
