Truly an exceptional stay at Sant’Erasmo. Location was perfect - 15mins from Colosseo and the beautiful surrounding neighbourhood of Rome/Monti. I was a solo female traveller and I felt very safe walking around the neighbourhood even in the evening. Facilities were perfect for single or couple stay. Very, very clean and facility kept to pristine condition. Probably the best customer service experience I have ever had - Paolo and his team answered every question I had patiently, gave some amazing recommendations, accommodated with early and late check out and finally as a cherry on top of the cake Paolo gave us a lift to the train station on a day there was a taxi strike in Rome. I can’t thank the team enough. It was a wonderful stay and I will definitely be back next time I am in Rome.

The location is great - 10/15 min walk from the Colosseum and close to public transportation stops. The room was clean and nice, there were complimentary drinks in the fridge. Sheets and towels were changed frequently and the rooms was cleaned every day. The common space had coffee, tea and snacks and was always neat.

The host was very friendly, he recommended us restaurants nearby that were great! The accommodation was in a quiet place, near the Colosseum. Our room was very clean, and I am sure that if we go to Rome again we will be staying here!
