Clean, perfect location, good coffee shop for €1.30 just down stairs. 10 min walk to Colosseum. Room is ok, everything is good for a short stay. Just take ear plugs with you as its super noisy.

Very good location, sufficient room size, separate bathroom & clear instruction to check-in. Extra time to hold our luggage after check-out.
If I have the opportunity to go to Rome again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The breakfast was included and you could get whatever was available on the kitchen area. The location was very good, around 10-15 min walk to get to the Coloseum and the public transportation stops were very close.

Walking distance from most attractions and the metro station. Very clean. Even though there was no staff at the property, which didn’t bothered us at all, they were very helpful and prompt in answering to any questions and clarifications requested via whats up. Everything is self service.

Wonderful location. So close to metro and the bus stop is outside. There is a lovely cafe just next door which do great coffees and bakery items which are good value and tasty. The rooms are nice, beds very comfortable and shower is really good. Even though check in is remote it was all hassle free, we could leave our baggage in communal area and even though we had problems with the WiFi it was sorted by the host over WhatsApp communication. It's all very clean

Staff were so stealthy with cleaning, never saw them which was actually really cool, like a hotel. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect! 15min walk to the Coliseum,great restaurants all around.
