Perfect location, wonderful host

Franco (the host) was so kind and accommodating! He left me arrive early and leave late so I could extend my stay in Rome as much as possible. The room is in a great location just 10 mins walk away from the train station and 15 minutes from the colosseum. The bed was clean. The room was kept cool despite the hot temperatures outside. All the other guests were very kind. You have a wardrobe and a heavy duty padlock so you can keep your stuff safe and secure in your room. If you’re looking for a base to explore Rome from, this is it! As a solo female traveller I felt very safe in the surrounding area too.
The location makes this place perfect for a short term stay.

Franco Its a lovely human being who help me with everything that I needed and more! The location its really Nice. Close to the metro that takes you everywhere in Rome and walk distance from restaurants and cafés. Each person have the keys for all the doors so We can come and go as we pleased. The bed its really confortable and the shower its really good. I Stayed in the new area and everything was Brand new! Grazie Mille!
Shared room in a great location

The room was a shared room and I was aware of this at the time of booking. The entrance is OK and there is a small lift. The rooms are all secure and vary from 2 / 4 . There are enough electrical points, with toilets and washrooms at either end of the corridor. It is located near an area of restaurants and about 10-15 mins from the main station. I left early on the day of leaving and I had already agreed a place to leave my key. My room mate was a great guy who was an artist.

I liked the location: next the main station (Termini), I could walk in a few minutes to the Colisseum and the main square - Piazza Venezia, and also to the famous Fontana di Trevi. The value for money was also the best I could find when I was looking for accommodation. Franco, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful.

Old, unattended all kind of stuff in the hallway - the so called kitchen area unusable with big bags of garbage you have to climb 34 flight of stairs to get to elevator just to go 1 floor up
