Everything! Outstanding communication upfront from the lovely Loris via WhatsApp. Very responsive to all my questions. The apartment is in a fantastic location close to Vatican with cafés, metro, supermarket around. The room (we had the jacuzzi room) has a decent size and was nice, clean and cozy. Toiletries are provided, there is a nespresso machine with coffee and tea in the shared corridor. We were also offered to store our luggage after check out for free which was lovely. Grazie! We will be back, this is a fantastic place to stay in Rome!

Perfection! Loris was so responsive and accommodating. We were able to store our luggage there after we checked out. We took a taxi from FCO airport, currently 50 euros. We (three women) loved the neighborhood and felt safe walking around at night. So many great restaurants and gelato shops to choose from. The apartment was lovely. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The room was cleaned every day. Even though the building itself is old, the apartment is completely modern…Wi-Fi, air conditioning, super comfortable beds. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location - close to the main attractions but a little outside of the massive crowds of the monuments area. Bakery/Cafe, great restaurants and supermarket all within a block. Room was very clean and comfortable. The building and San Pietro rooms were easy to find and get into/out of. Loris, the property manager, was wonderful - super helpful and always extremely quick to write back. Provided helpful tips and clear videos about access to the property. Free coffee in the common area/hallway for the rooms. Can leave luggage there on departure day.

The hospitality that Loris provides is fantastic. He gave very clear instructions how to enter the property. he gave alot of tips for restaurants etc in the vecinity. He is very helpfull and makes sure all your needs are met. The beds are comfortable, the room was very clean. We loved that there was a fridge in the room!
