The staff were really responsive, and the accommodation was really clean and comfortable. The location is reasonably central to all the main attractions in Rome.
In summary the room was ok, the location was great but they need to make some improvements.

The location was great, it's close to the train station and shops. The room and the bathroom were generally clean and the price was reasonable.
Excellent location and very close to the subway. I didn't appreciate the lack of transparency.

The location is very good, very close to Ostiense station and the Piramide stop. I appreciated that a water filter jug and kettle were provided. There was also a coffee machine, but it wasn't working.

The location. Not too far from the centre but not touristic, so you still get good Roman restaurants for a decent price and there's a metro station very close. Reading the reviews I had concerns about cleanliness, but no complaints here. The necessary equipment is there and functioning. I don't know if it's good value for money, but in Rome in June I couldn't find better.
